Just had an hour for a lunch time ride. I jumped on the trainer and pushed for an hour. I just didn't have a lot to push with. :-) But it was a decent ride and I got in some good miles for the hour I had available. With the drizzly cold out there, I didn't mind getting in an indoor ride.
