My legs were tired after the double yesterday, but the knees felt surprisingly good. The last few days have been a mental challenge as I have to get used to spending this kind of time on the trainer again. I felt like I was struggling a bit during the ride today, but then when I saw the pace I knew why!! I guess I was trying to get the ride done! :-) At any rate, I had hoped to ride 2 full hours but the dinner bell rang a bit early.
