      Thanks Julie. I do wear a liner that helps. I have a liner with some thin padding that helps a lot. I just ordered 3 more pair of those. I've tried a number of things over the last many months. Temporary relief is the best I've been able to get so far. Hopefully I am now on a path that will get me there. Time will tell.
