      Thanks Steve, Julie, Jennifer and Arun!! @Julie, that's a great question! Maybe I should be. It can be more restful, that's for sure. I think I'm going to have to research this one a bit more. I want to maintain a higher cadence on my hard rides. Maybe it doesn't matter what I do on easier rides. I have so much to learn! :-D
