    Got Rick (Aidan's Cub Scout leader) out there for his first run ever. He did great, intervals walk/run. When running we were up to 8/mile. He complained and whined a lot but finished strong.

    Walked on 2 incliine/3MPH for first .5, then jogged 5.5MPH for .25, then walked another .25 to round out the mile. Followed by 20 minutes of stretching on the mats before we hit the showers.

    Warming up, ellipticals were all taken so I tried this machine out with Jennie. My thighs were burning after 45 seconds....I think I'm gonna love it.....eventually

    How I was ever on swim team in high school (400 IM) I'll never know. Every 50 yards my arms needed a 30 second break (treading water). Phew!
