Very hard, side aches, ended up walking for about 2 minutes at mile 2.25, my chest still hurts really bad. VERY proud of myself for getting 4 miles though!


Good work Samantha! Take care of yourself though, you definitely want to push but no so hard that you'll hurt yourself.
