    Probably should have stopped at 4 miles. On the last lap I started coughing and was really dragging. Might have over done it but I got it done.

      See, that's what I hate about that phrase. That implies that weights/etc are not as good a workout as "miles" and that is simply untrue. OK, I'm done ranting.

      Agreeing with Tracy... strength training is not inferior to logging miles. Neither is flexibility training. They all work together!
