  1. RUN
    alright LMNP 6.61 mi 01:08 10:14 pace

Probably should have stopped at 4 miles. On the last lap I started coughing and was really dragging. Might have over done it but I got it done.

I'd suggest you take it easy so you can be feeling better... but I'm not sure that you'd listen! ;)

See, that's what I hate about that phrase. That implies that weights/etc are not as good a workout as "miles" and that is simply untrue. OK, I'm done ranting.

Agreeing with Tracy... strength training is not inferior to logging miles. Neither is flexibility training. They all work together!

    good LMNP 10.26 mi 01:45 10:13 pace

After Sunday's Death March, I was nervous about this one. I really focused on keeping an easy pace, trying to watch my form and relaxing. It went surprisingly well. :)

So cool! Now that sounds like a race worth running - great job. I can relate to Jill's comment. And the fritos seem like a nice touch for the desert.

So does that mean Fritos are now better than Snickers? BTW awesome job. I don't think I could ever manage that full.
