Not bad since I've been completely sedentary for 3 solid days. We didn't even an exterior door yesterday (except to feed the dog). Feeling much better, now just need to get energy level up and legs back in gear. Hopeful for a full, uninterrupted training week soon.

Glad you are feeling better. Hopefully I can dodge the flu this year. I've had it before and it's the most sick I've ever been!!!
