Great long run considering the difficult slushy conditions in Montréal today. I ran to a Nature Park (Bois-de-Liesse) to run a 4-5km loop on snow before heading back to complete my longest run so far this year. I felt better than expected and much better than yesterday. The pace was easy to keep and I even felt strong towards the end to push the pace to sub 4 min/km for a quick 2-3min. Schedule and Montréal visit made it easier to run on Saturday, so I'm taking my Sunday off with no shame tomorrow!
