Morning run!

Not much time to run after work tonight, so I snuck it in this morning. I'm always amazed at how much better I run in the morning. Did a 6 mile tempo run, and didn't feel fatigued until around mile 4.5... maybe I should have been going faster. :)



I always run better in the morning too!
