    Up early for today's run. Good to get out in the SF fog! :) Had a foot cramp at mile 1.5 - didn't really go away, but I still ran on it. Any advice for getting rid of a foot cramp mid run?

    Did some yoga after running today. Really enjoying the Yogaglo site and all their instructors. Classes are well put together, and I can do them in my living room!
