    Nice ride with Ethan and Ian. Ethan not feeling great, so took it easy out. Also, felt a bit empty towards the end of an effort. great fun though.

    Bloody hot. Garmin confused itself with a stop watch, and just measured time, so distance is a guess. Well- the training has started; bring on Bristol Half Marathon!

    Hard work- but very rewarding. Had to dig deep towards the end, and the downhills were a bit...scary... but today Ethan, Ian and I have done a cool thing, which can never be undone.
