good Home again 14.02 mi 00:58 14.5mph pace

Nice to be riding. Feel like i am progressing- leg still very sore though. Got back to town, and went around the strand- too windy to cross the new bridge.

good to work 13.52 mi 00:58 14.1mph pace

couldnt get going, struggled to get my heart rate up. Right shin very sore, especially when I stood up. However, saying all that, it was 1 minute quicker than last week. Enjoyed it though.

good Bideford Loop 26.79 mi 02:03 13.1mph pace

A great ride with Sam and Ethan. Rode well, I can tell it is coming back, though clearly not back fully yet. Weight still a bit toppy, but legs are waking up. Loving it all!

good Home again 14 mi 00:54 15.4mph pace

Slow out of Ilfracombe- I can feel my extra weight and stiffness, but the 'top end' seems to be there- I can ride fast for a longer time. Also am comfortable on the drops. Bloody love it!

Stiff! I think it must have been the cold start, or my lack of cycling. Still, I really enjoyed it, and it was nice to arrive at work awake!
