Simon, I'm so sorry to read that :( I'm sure things will get better and you will find a great activity you like, but I can only imagine how sad you are feeling right now. Sending positive vibes out to you.

Well done for not giving up. Reviewing your nutrition is a great idea. Perhaps also consider a review of your day to day fluid intake and sleep pattern.

Well, I don't have any advice since I'm kind of having the same problem with the two mile mark but if it helps I am cheering you on! I used to be able to run three miles no problem but now I just want to collapse after two miles. I'm working on it though! Gotta be ready for my marathon in three weeks!

Yes to all except #4 (I'd rather watch paint dry) and a double yes on #5 (yes a nil all draw can be the best match you've watched that month). Enjoy the spectacle and celebration Simon.

Reese is Welsh and some English I think. Her sire as trained up by Aled Owed, he was to be Aled's main trial dog that year but it was Hoof and Mouth all over so no trials. So long story short she thinks she is from that side of the pond and that real sheep farms rule! Will they be showing reruns of The Footballers Wives?
