    I was worried about the sciatica but 3 days of good stretching (and no other exercise) including the softball to the quads seemed to work. It felt fantastic!

    Overdid it. Sciatica reignited that evening. Will have to be careful and see the chiropractor to get back to readiness for LMJS Half Marathon training program starting Jan 2.
