    Nice loop of the park. Hoping to see a little Manhattanhenge action but the the clouds kinda played spoiler. Nice evening for a run though.

      Yup, 2 miles from my door to the park. I went fast today, not least to keep up with this killer dude from one of our rivals, but my pace is your pace any time you wanna go out.

      Yeah, they were really there more for the parade though. The guy that cae3rd, Bobby Curtis, is the nicest guy. I was really pleased for him. He should make the US Olympic track team at 10,000m

      Thanks guy! no music for that (or ever really), too much focus on racing. As for shoes, I ran in beat up old pair of Asics DS Trainers. I need some racing flats, then I might go even faster:-)
