great New BEL Road loop 7.8 km
First ride after the knee injury. Rode in a pretty relaxed manner and thankfully no pain anywhere. Great to be back on the saddle again!

Met doctor again yday and showed him the MRI report. Nothing major thankfully! Said I should be normal in another 1-2 weeks. Can't wait to get back on the saddle.

Got my right knee injured. Its swollen up now and I have trouble walking. Gonna be out of action for a while.

Lot of traffic on Mekhri Circle today. And the green signal duration seemed to be reduced. In spite of cutting ahead through tight spaces between vehicles, still took 3 green's to pass through.

And this was on a Sunday afternoon.
I rarely find traffic on Mekhri circle at this time but this was an exception. But otherwise on weekday peak hours its a no go from Jayamahal Road side...I have been stuck there too many times.about 1 year ago • Like

How do you upload ur ride details here? r u using android app for tracking?

I got the geonaute keymaze 700 gps + hrm device from Decathlon which I use to track the route. I then upload it through the keymaze application on windows and export the custom format to gpx, which I then upload here.
The UI here is a bit tricky, it won't show any explicit field for uploading gpx. When you add a new workout, on clicking the 'Where did you ____' field it shows option to map a new route. Click on that and choose the import gpx option.
