      Great job!! I am watching how you handle these few weeks until Cbus! I will only have 3 weeks between Cbus and Nashville and have no idea how to handle the runs!

    made several mistakes! pacer went out too quick (10k in 46:56) and I couldn't maintain. made it thru half at 1:42:06 (747 pace) but I could tell it wasn't too be. got too warm too quickly... read more
