      I love backstroke too, but breaststroke is hard because I have zero flexibility in my ankles :-)

      Aww! yeah I hadn't really practiced my backstroke till I started getting this really bad knot in my shoulder. Meg suggested it, and it's totally pulled the muscles back into place! Really an enjoyable stroke.
