First run in my new Brooks Adrenaline 12s. Took a mile or so to get used to the new shoes, though they felt good on my feet. I didn't go out hoping to go fast, just wanted to run, so while I would have liked a better pace than this, I'm okay with it. It was also my first solo run in a few weeks as I had been running with my group 3 days a week for awhile there.
