    Tuesday morning run. First run after Saturday's 14-miler. Felt pretty good. Legs weren't too stiff. Blister on my left foot has calmed enough that it really didn't bother me.

    Saturday group run. We went out to Phelps and back. I felt pretty good, it was pretty soupy out there humidity-wise, but that's just the norm now. Ha. :p

    Track workout. Ladders: 1200, 800, 400, 3 minute break then back down 1200, 800, 400. Walked a lap to warm, followed by a lap to cool down. Each ladder had a 200 walk.
