    Bike workout at the gym. Due to the rain, my group opted to not run our planned 6 miles. So, I slept in a bit more and then hit the gym.

    Nice, short and easy run before Space Coast Half next weekend. I was able to get some of my runner friends through the end of their 23 mile training run, and it was a good time. They are doing great.

    Last Saturday run before the NYC Marathon. We had cooler temps and the run felt pretty good. My foot seems to be doing well, thank the Lord! :)

    First workout after getting the cortisone shot on Monday night. Woke up finally able to walk on my left foot again. Was a bit sore, and getting off the bike had me noticing that, but pretty good.

    Back in the gym this morning before work for a bike workout. Legs were still a bit sore, but yesterday's rest day helped a lot.
