  1. RUN
    good 3.2 mi 00:43 13:22 pace

Tuesday morning run. First run after Saturday's 14-miler. Felt pretty good. Legs weren't too stiff. Blister on my left foot has calmed enough that it really didn't bother me.

  2. RUN
    good 14 mi 03:47 16:12 pace

NYC Marathon training run. Kept the pace slow as it was soo hot and humid out. Other than getting a blister on one foot, I felt good during the run.

  3. RUN
    good 3.04 mi 00:44 14:27 pace

Hill run in Windsong with some of my group. Was oh so slightly cooler this morning and that was nice.

  4. RUN
    good 6 mi 01:28 14:38 pace

Saturday group run. We went out to Phelps and back. I felt pretty good, it was pretty soupy out there humidity-wise, but that's just the norm now. Ha. :p

  5. RUN

  6. RUN
    good 3.14 mi 00:42 13:27 pace

Watermelon 5k in Winter Park. Fun race, just a hot one! Ran with my friend, Lourdes and we did 30:30 intervals.

  7. VELO
    alright 6.21 mi 00:33 11.2mph pace

Bike workout at the gym. I was going to take a rest day after yesterday's 12-miler and moving, but I decided to at least get in a short cross-training workout.

  8. RUN
    good 12 mi 03:18 16:30 pace

Training run for NYC Marathon. Felt pretty good, was trying out UCan for the first time. The only downside was, it was humid as heck out!

  9. RUN
    good 3.11 mi 00:48 15:17 pace

Easy-paced 'hill' workout in Windsong with a couple of the girls. Felt good.

  10. RUN
    good 3.13 mi 00:44 14:02 pace

A humid 5k run in Baldwin with my group. Boy was it thick out there!

  11. VELO
    good 8.63 mi 00:45 11.6mph pace

Was a bit tired, lacking a lot of energy, but got up and into the gym before work. Gotta get it done.

  12. RUN
    good 6 mi 01:32 15:20 pace

Run from the school to Winter Park with my group. Felt pretty good, and we had some nice conversations. This has become one of my favorite routes lately.

  13. VELO
    alright 7.5 mi 00:36 12.5mph pace

Bike workout after work at the gym since I ended up not running that morning. Almost didn't workout at all since I was so exhausted, but I was too stubborn to make it a rest day. LOL!

  14. VELO
    alright 8.62 mi 00:46 11.2mph pace

Blah cross-training workout on the bike. Was feeling pretty exhausted and weak, but got in a workout none-the-less.

  15. RUN
    alright 3.14 mi 00:43 13:38 pace

Was a bit tough since I was tired and legs felt a bit heavy at the start. But, I never regret a run with my group!

  16. VELO
    alright 9.05 mi 00:46 11.7mph pace

Bike workout at the gym. Was a bit drained this morning, so had to push myself to get this one done. Might not have gotten in the mileage I would have liked, but got in a good workout anyway.

  17. RUN
    good 10 mi 02:34 15:24 pace

Saturday long run with my group. First real long run of my NYC Marathon training. Felt good, less for being hot and sweaty in the heat. :)

  18. VELO
    good 11.15 mi 00:55 12.1mph pace

Bike workout this morning at the gym. Felt good overall. Liked the energy my new pre-workout gave me.

  19. VELO
    good 11.06 mi 00:52 12.7mph pace

Sunday bike workout for cross-training. After my workout, I used the HydroMassage for 10 minutes of awesomeness. :)

  20. RUN
    alright 6 mi 01:28 14:37 pace

Saturday morning run, first official long run of the new OG season. I was doing pretty good until the last mile when I started to have hip pain. So, I walked the last bit to help it calm down.
