    Saturday morning run on the Seminole-Wekiva Trail with some fellow OG girls. We had a nice run with temps in the upper 60s. Will miss that soon when the humidity goes up!

    Last long training run this morning for Star Wars: The Dark Side Half later this month at Disney. Ran 13.5mi using 30:30 intervals with runner friend, Melissa. Walked the end to cool down.

    Easy paced Thursday track workout. Warmed up with 2 laps of walking, then did 2 miles with 30:30 intervals. Cooled down with another 2 laps of walking. Took it easy and felt good about it.
