This was a super hard run for me for several reasons:
1. I have not gotten near enough sleep the last few nights
2. I am getting sick (I must have caught Jill L.'s head cold - a true computer virus- haha!)
3. Other than the first 1/2 mile and last 1/2 mile, this is all hills- and some of them are tough!
4. Snow was fairly deep in some places and in some places I got splattered pretty good by plows, semis, cars, etc. I was a wet, cold mess.
I don't like doing my long run on Sunday, but I just couldn't get it in on Saturday this week. My time definitely shows that it was tough for me, but despite all of that, I felt SOO much better after running than I did before. :)
Right now it just looks like a winter wonderland outside. Beautiful!

damn viruses! good run though on what sounds like a tough course. I do enjoy the winter scenery now that its finally here.

Hey! Great Job. That time is a great time. I'd kill for that time. Sorry about the cold. I told everyone not to kiss me! My cold was completely gone on Sat. I started getting sick on Tues. Shortest cold I've ever had & I attribute that to RUNNING. Everything I've read says to keep working out if the cold is above the neck. If it drops below, you need to rest & not work out. So You Go Girl AND get some rest. :)

Hey Stacy..... try some Gypsy Cold Care herbal tea. You can get it at the grocery store. It has echinechea & eucalyptus and it is yummy. It will get you better fast. ;)
