This makes three days in a row of running; that's something I haven't done in a while! Felt decent, with little to no pain in the knees. There is, however, a new hotspot in my *other* foot in the same area near the arch. I think the some stitching on the inside of the shoe is the cause, so I'll have to fix that with a little tape. Looking forward to 18 miles on Sunday!

Best socks I have found to eliminate hot spots. Same ones I was wearing @ Lacamas.
