Took an extra day of rest because my right knee has had twinges of pain since the long run on Sunday. I felt pretty good starting out, but I must have gone a little too fast because I felt a little tired by the halfway point. My knee didn't bother me much during this run, so we'll see how it feels when I go for 7-8 miles tomorrow.
