I worried that the many beers I consumed at the kickball tournament on Saturday would affect my long run today, but I felt surprisingly good. I guess keeping hydrated all day and getting to bed early helped. The last five miles were a little rough as my feet and knees were aching, but I got it done. 18 miles next Sunday!
