This was truly a run appropriate for Friday the 13th. I started out aiming to do eight miles, then cut it to six, then four, and finally three miles. I blame the rising morning temperatures and a sudden digestive issue. By the end I was literally running for the bathroom! Hope my long run on Sunday goes much, much better.
