Springwater Corridor Long Run

A shorter long run this week as per the Hal Higdon marathon plan. Ran it a little faster than most of my previous long runs and felt pretty good. I also gave my Brooks Adrenalines a cleaning yesterday and it felt very nice to run in a pair of shoes that looked almost brand new.
