Track and share your training!
Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.
So here's my new RoadID. Now I don't need to worry about carrying my drivers license in my pocket. It's got my parents' and brother's phone numbers plus my name, DOB, blood type and other medical info. It cost about $20 and I highly recommend getting one!

You can get $1 off your order before 08/30/10 by clicking the link below. It's good for the first 20 people.

If it doesn't work, get in touch with me and I can send you another coupon code as RoadID gave me a few more.

Thats great Sho! I wear a tag on my shoe that has my moms contact numbers as well as my name and info...I fear for the day I get hit by a car or fall off a ledge on the side of the road and no one will know who I am ;)

I actually know someone who tattooed their name and SS number in a hidden spot on their body...going to extremes but effective I guess....

I have a tattoo on my chest that says DO NOT RESUSCITATE :-)

Jodi- That was the fear that motivated me to get the RoadID. I care more about my parents knowing where I am than the fact that I've been hit by a car or truck!

Sean- Haha! I'm the opposite: I was tempted to have "Don't let me die!!!" inscribed on it.

Never thought of having my ID on me when I run but I just ordered one!!!!! What a good idea!

I have been eyeing these of a while, leaning toward the one with the info online, though. In my case, with all my family out of state, I have to figure out which local contact to include as well.

Kate- Yeah, seeing that I'll be in Oregon a while yet, I didn't need to think too hard about contact info. You're in a living situation with a bit more flux so the online version may be a better choice.

Wow, I don't even know my blood type. Everyone here keeps asking as it is supposed to relate to your personality. I would get this but we are required to carry our Japanese issued IDs no matter what.

I didn't know my blood type (A pos) until I donated blood to the Red Cross and asked for the result. I think it's on my birth certificate too.

You are lucky, I am type AB.

I know I am A positive because whenever my parents gave me grief I would look at them and say..."Yeah, but I will always be an A+ person!"
