    after beijing & sickness... 5m warmup, 7.5m@5.6 pace, 2.5 walk, 7.5m@6p, 2.5w, 5m@6.5p, 5m cooldown. Still a bit stiff in my left knee, but lots of stretching after; esp. IT band.
