Did arms and legs this time. I have been pretty cautious, but decided to get started with some calf and thigh workouts now that that leg is getting better. Also did a lot of crunches, about 160. Oh, and a word to the guy at my gym who combs his greasy mullet between every ridiculously outsized and incompetently performed set of weight reps: No one is impressed.

Ew. Yes, besides laughing it off, that is the only response. I wish he wasn't there all the time, but he's a good reminder that one should wash one's hands really, really well after using gym equipment. Greasy comb guy could've been right before you.

Today must have been Mullet Day. We saw a pretty awesome one at our race too! Awesome meaning it was entertaining, not attractive. :)
