great Awesome Yoga Class 01:30

    Jet lag? I haven't done that pose in months. But I was very surprised that I could actually do it.

    The time difference from Portland was making me feel like I'd lost sleep, but now I'm awake! I know - that pose looks so impressive. Just the balance alone was good to feel.
