Lol, punching yourself might hurt. Just build your distance and time gradually. It will come and soon you will be amazed at what you can do. Stupidly it took me 4 months before i realized that running with contacts instead of glasses would make me faster and avoid all sorts of problems like condensation and rain droplets.

I am calling a few places today to schedule an appointment to get a contact eye exam so I can get contacts. I have had my glasses for 4 years now so I am way overdue for new ones or contacts.

I live in a country where the average temp year round is 80-85 and relative humidity in the mornings is 90%. Drinking tons of water and sweating it out is a way of life :)

I suppose you are well acclimated to the heat then! I love warm weather but haven't run in heat like this for 8 years so I guess I'll just adapt. I did it before and you are doing it now so I'll just have to get used to it! :P
