Stretching, dumbbell upper and lower body exercises. Core and back exercises on mat. Week 3 without Coach Tory. :( New certified fitness instructor Diana (and Tory's intern last year) continues to lead the class.

I sure hope Tory comes back soon it is so hard to see her still in the hospital. Great the group is pitching in to help right now.
