alright Treadmill in my parents house 6 mi 00:53 08:49 pace

First run back after taking the week off. Not too great. There is something wrong with the speed dials on the treadmill and for some reason the speed felt a lot faster than indicated. A few times I had to stop to catch my breath! Well, at least I managed to get it done.
