      I knew you were on bike, looks like about 15.5 mph, that's fast on the road on a bike. I usually can't go much higher than the 12mph. Enjoy the rainy day at the OBX!

    What a way to start vacation. A great run, dip in the ocean with a small fry beside me (Cayleigh) then we jumped in the pool. Cooked breakfast and now BEACH TIME!!!!!! I could get use to this!
