It was not so bad for me today..Yesterday my glutes hurt so bad I could barely sit..Today it's more in my hamstrings..Hopefully tomorrow the pain will be gone! :)

I loved spinning class! That's what I was trying to mimic on my cheapy bike when I stopped my YMCA membership. My poor bike isn't anything like a spinning bike! :-) Let me know if you get a spinning bike. I'd love to know what you get.

Oh everything is fine!! LOL I'm still getting in as many workouts as I can...The past 2 weeks have been very hectic for me..I spent a week at the inlaws cottage by the lake and this week my sister and her 2 sons are visiting me..I haven't seen them in over 2 years so we've been doing major catch up LOL I promise as soon as things get back to normal here you will get sick of my posts!!
