The results of Sunday's stumble & fall. I've had remarkably little pain, but after the swelling got worse instead of better, I visited the doctor for an x-ray...I have a small fracture. Booooo... read more

alright Out in the neighborhood 4.02 mi 00:45 11:18 pace

It's kind of disturbing how much harder it feels to run in the evening versus the weekend. I'm really looking forward to running in the daylight again.

good Windy long run 11.87 mi 02:10 10:59 pace

    good Windy!! 8.27 mi 01:30 10:52 pace

It was breezy when I started, but not cold, so that was pretty weird for January. Then it got crazy windy with some wicked gusts. Wind so strong a couple of times Maggie got blown around!

  13. RUN
    tired 4.02 mi 00:46 11:19 pace

Horrible, horrible run. My legs were leg, and my quads were so stiff. My heart rate zoomed up and I couldn't catch my breath, even though I was going so slow. Ugh.
