      I feel the same way but am so not ready for a race yet. Shera, you have been doing so darn good and need to keep going! You have inspired me so much with your entries on your profile as well as what you have written on mine. Come on..keep it up Shera! You're awesome and whether you decide on a race or not...keep those legs running!

    Finished my first race - pats run. Met all 3 of my goals in the 4.2 mile race - finish upright, no vomit and under 1 hour (49:52). *happy dance*

      I know you can do it, Shera! You followed the program and have become comfortable with the 5K distance--another mile will be easier than you think. Good luck!
