I don't use fabric softener either! I'm thinking it was random...none of my clothes are new. Hmmm... I did chase my benadryl with a dark and stormy (ginger beer, lime and dark rum)...that seemed to help ;)

Fueled by Noah K's birthday cake, a quick easy 5 to pick up my car. True story...I still really don't find zen on the sidewalk. I can't wait to get more miles in on the trails!

Sounds like a stellar run, anyway. Always feels good to be self-reliant when you can run rather than asking for a ride. :-)

Derick asked me at least five times... 'are you SURE you don't want me to bring you?' Thankfully, he 'gets it' :)

As somebody who loves being outside - especially on such a beautiful day as we had yesterday - Derick definitely gets it. :-)

I don't have a 'typical' time to run, unfortunately. I work full time and I am a single mom of two little people. I have a flexible work schedule so if the day is nice, I will often head out there or SMP. I am not faster than you! When are you free? I would love to play tour guide!
