    I tried to get out of the house today, just to move around after having a bad cold. Felt super weak today, but I wanted to move. Just a few miles.

      The fact that he resented being passed proves to me he did not plan to do interval training. That's his bad.

      Actually, it was a woman with the competitive streak...so that made it interesting. I'm okay with my pace, I could run for days...just not like a cheetah.
