    Despite the very slow time, it was a great race!! Perfect weather... perfect route, beautiful shirt, awesome new medals... this is definitely my favourite Calgary race!!

    Good ride. Tough stuff though. A 75 minute ride from trainer road but it screwed up and I had to start over so ended up doing an extra 15 minutes

    A little bird told me that sweat is your fat crying... in that case, my fat was bawling tonight... holy the workouts got stepped up a bit after the last test...phew!!

    Today was my second time doing the eight minute test on trainer road. Managed to increase my average watts from 170 to 186. Holy hard second set though!! Can I have a nap now??
