This year was great. Took off 1.5hours on the Eagleman Ironman 70.3. Will tackle 2 century rides and finish with the NYC ING Marathon. Looking forward to it.

I have to say, I felt great in the water. I was taxed like hell after going all out every 4 lap. I miss the water....but it will have to wait until November. I was drained on Saturday.
