    My ideal temp for a winter run- hovering around 0C. Longest run since probably early November, felt pretty great aside from the slushy puddles that were much deeper than anticipated!

    Indoor track training run tonight with one of my running buddies. 1k warmup, 4x 2m sprints and 1m walk, and 1k cooldown. Nice and quick!

      my asthma is cold weather induced and it's physically painful on the lungs. Today actually probably would have been tolerable but if its colder than -5C it really, really sucks! Maybe I should try a proper balaclava instead of pulling up a neckwarmer, which is hot and sticky in there, yuck!
