Indoor track training run tonight with one of my running buddies. 1k warmup, 4x 2m sprints and 1m walk, and 1k cooldown. Nice and quick!

About halfway through my 10k training. Have been using the treadmill a lot in my (new!) condo gym. I still don't like it but I don't hate it with as much passion anymore.

my asthma is cold weather induced and it's physically painful on the lungs. Today actually probably would have been tolerable but if its colder than -5C it really, really sucks! Maybe I should try a proper balaclava instead of pulling up a neckwarmer, which is hot and sticky in there, yuck!
