I dreaded today, my legs are still tired from RTP, but it was on the schedule. Four 1-mile repeats.....two right on target, two a skosh over. Also threw in the warm-up, active rests, and cool down. Time to hit the road for work, now that the DM update is done. Happy Tuesday!
