    Good group, winds were manageable. Felt springy and loose. Nice tempo and chat with Marcie during the back half.

    10x400: splits started at 87 and dropped to 85. Ran the sets evenly. Felt decent and controlled. Great group out there. Track got icy by the end of the workout.

    Sounds like a beautiful trail over the river, right? Sorry, but it has become a haven for the homeless. I spent most of the time dodging shopping carts and tents.

    Early warm-up, 2 miles no workout on track, 1 mile home. Great to see the crew for a brief time. Awesome catching up with Dennis, and meeting Elliott.
