      I may sound like a broken record (and certainly don't practice what I preach) but the boys are right. Your body needs a break mentally and physically. Enjoy the beach relax for a change!

    Chicago in the spring is beautiful. Not a cloud in the sky. Could have ran for days if my legs weren't sore sore from Tuesday's workout.

    2K(5:44 pace) 600/200x2 - 1:54/36,1:55/38. Totally outside of my wheelhouse, which is why I need to do more speed workouts. Workout gutted me. I was toast on the 2nd set.
