      Thanks Greg. Although Dean has overcome food allergies, he still struggles with pulmonary and asthma issues. Hoping he grows out of these challenges.

      Always 10 miles, never 9 or 11 not even 10.4 or anything. It's absolutely amazing how you can find these perfect 10 mile routes where ever you go.

    Gorgeous morning in Happy Valley. Ran with Dean through State College. Awesome father-son morning. Tailgating and partying with my sons. Life is good.

    3 mile tempo: 6:09, 6:09, 6:08. JC paced me. Felt great to workout for 1st time in 6 weeks. Upper/inner groin a little sore right now, but hoping all is ok.
