    Tried out the recumbent type of bike. It's okay, but I think I'll try an actual spin class next week...we'll see how that goes. I'm just worried about soreness from the seat.

    Mixed feelings about the run. It was GREAT to run again, not so great that at the end of the 2nd mile I felt a little pain in my knee. Really?!? After 3 1/2 weeks off, pain. How is this possible?!!! Annoyed.

    A nice walk with Nate after being stuck in the house for the past two days sick. Was so great to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

    First day back after taking all last week off. Still not running this week yet. Maybe I'll jump on the treadmill next week. Just really want to get my knee all better.
