    This snow has kept me from Body Pump earlier in the week, but I refuse to let that old snow keep me from it any longer!!!!

  3. I have the ok to start working out from my doctor! I must take it easy and I cannot jog/run yet due to my back injury. But I have cut my calories! YAY!

      Great! I'm glad to hear you're able to work out again! It's great you cut back on your calories! I cut back but still cheating here and there.

    When it rains, it pours!! Back injury is trying to defeat my purpose of this challenge. Now I have to watch my calories closer than usual until my back is better!!

      You can do it. I have. It has been 2 1/2 yrs now and I have kept off 95lbs. Don't think of it as DIET--change your mind set to EATNG HEALTHY and exercising. Try to get out and do at least 20mins a day if possible-walk, run, treadmill, ellipitcal, bike. You can do it and I am here for ya. JUST HOLLER!!
