    good class but the music was no bueno. the miles are a low-ball guess. anyone ever use the garmin thing for indoor stuff like this? maybe that would be a decent investment.

      I've been testing it out in my classes and haven't had much luck with it. It always adds up to about a mile, which is total BS. I've given up and just taken to counting it as a workout.

      Did you do the one McKenzi posted up in Orange?
