As hard as it is for me to run in heat and humidity, I really think it's easier than the cold. My chest hurt so bad on this run I wondered if I could possibly be having a heart attack. My fingers were so frozen (even with winter running gloves) that when I finished, it hurt to bend them. I stood in a burning shower shaking for almost 10 minutes and still felt cold. I don't know how I'm getting in 3 more of these?

    Each season has its challenges! Yesterday I cut my 15 miler a bit short because I was so cold. My problem is I still sweat when it's cold and the dampness gets chilly. Great job getting in your full 20!

    Thank everyone. Just did a little "van support" for James. He's insane....24 miles today. On the second drive by around 20 miles he yells, "I can't feel my mouth." But kept on truckin. Superman I tell ya!
