      Congratulations Shannon. It was an amazing day!! We finished very close to one another!! I finished in 3:46 and took 12:29 to get to the start line. We ran for Determination Cancer Society which was amazing.

      I was reading your description again, and I think this very much sounds like an episode of heat stroke, which is very serious. Especially if you are over exerting, and with the high humidity, the body is not working fast enough to cool itself. There is not enough oxygen in the brain, you get confused and disoriented...
