      Very nice Shanda. After I did one lap at Cervidae it took me 6 days to recover my knees were trashed. I hope you got to go to bed early :)

      Thanks Michelle! I definitely trashed my quads. Good to know I'm not the only one. I had a hard time sleeping, legs were restless and achy, but they feel a slight bit better today.

      I've been thinking of running to the closest coffee shop to me just so I could have my favorite coffee all the time. This way I would get a good workout in and burn the calories I would be drinking. Nice job girl!
