Got off wrk @ 3pm & run home. It wasn't smart thinking running in the mid afternoon it is soooo hot, make it even worst I forgot my sunscreen & I can feel my left arm is stinging.
I run sluggish but I made it home after 2 hrs in the heat.

    Woot woot!!! Nice 12 miler there Shana, what a good training run on somewhat tired legs i'm sure, and in the heat(how hot was it?). Keep it up, u're doing great! I wish i could run home from work, but that'd be a 40 mile track LOL.

    Thanks Marlon...94 degrees, so I can't imagine you running over a 100 degrees. You motivate me but can't keep up with yah! mileage wise!!

    That's pretty warm for up there i'm sure, so great job running in that heat. U may not keep up with my mileage, but ya not off by much, but for sure u can keep up with me, or i hope i can keep up with u, :).

    i put sunscreen on but i guess it ran off because i'm all red. I hope you at least had some water.
